Ya Ali Madad, Yawm-e Ali Mubarak! On the occasion of the birthday commemoration of our first Holy Imam, Amir al-mu’minin, Noor Mowlana Murtaza Ali (alayhi salaam) , we would like to extend heartfelt felicitations to the global Jamat.

On this day, may Noor Mowlana Shah Karim Al-Hussaini Hazar Imam, the 49th direct lineal descendant of the Holy Prophet (s.a.s.), grant peace, prosperity, happiness, barakat, higher spiritual enlightenment, spiritual & luminous tayid (help) and empowerment to the global Jamat as we go through this difficult period. Ameen.

Introduction

Ya Ali Madad. The Holy Prophet Muhammad (s.a.s.) was a natiq (proclaimer) and Hazrat Murtaza Ali (a.s.) was an asas (foundation) for the Holy Prophet according to the Shia Muslim understanding of Nubuwa and Imama. The Holy Prophet (s.a.s.) delivered the external message of Allah through the revelation of the Holy Qur’an while Hazrat Ali (a.s.) explained the inner meaning of the Holy Qur’an. The inspiration for this project was to link the written form of the Holy Qur’an with the speaking Qur’an by searching for Qur’anic resources which were related to the Sayings of Hazrat Mowlana Murtaza Ali (a.s.). This approach is justified by the following ta’wil:

“Externally Ali (Imam of the time) is a pure personality and internally a light. Externally, the Quran is a glorious heavenly Book and internally (in the Prophet and the Imam) it is light. This shows that externally Ali and Quran are separate from each other, but internally they are not only together, they are one light.”

New 40-Night Evergreen Project

We are pleased to inform the global Jamat that we have created a new evergreen project titled ‘Journeying on the Ismaili Esoteric Path’. This project has 40 transformational posts consisting of three parts:

1. Verse(s) from the Holy Qu’ran;
2. Timeless Ilm Gem(s) of Noor Mowlana Murtaza Ali (a.s.); and
3. Angelic Salwat which is the anchor tasbi for the project.

We are going through a very turbulent time and need to have a heighten awareness to use the knowledge from the Holy Quran and Noor Mowlana Murtaza Ali’s (a.s) Nahjul Balagha. In creating this project, I have acquired unique insights and would like to share these with you. This is an evergreen project and will keep on running continually in 40-night cycles. In order to transform oneself, it is necessary to revisit the transformational knowledge gems continually. The posts are short and can be read in 3-5 minutes/day but need reflection and implementation.

Global Prayers and Three Grand Aspirations

Through the barakat of recitation of Holy Quran, Qasidas, Holy Ginans and voluminous prayers and Angelic Salwat by many, many individuals of the global Jamat, O Noor Mowlana Hazar Imam, bless the global Jamat with:

1. Spiritual and luminous tayid (help) to advance materially, spiritually and intellectually;
2. Sunshine in our spiritual hearts and actualization of the inner vision of the Truth;
3. Empowerment to present a Material Nazrana of time, knowledge and financial resources;
4. Empowerment to present a Spiritual Nazrana in the form of a pure heart which is in a state of constant dhikr; and
5. Empowerment to present a Luminous Nazrana in the form of a sound heart (qalb-i salim) which is in a state of constant dhikr and enlightenment.

Al-Hamdu lil-lahi Rab-bil Aalamin (All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the worlds).

Angelic Salwat Supplication

Let us now start supplicating with angelic salwat, Allâhumâ salli alâ Muhammadin wa âle Muhammad (O Allah! Bestow Peace on and through Muhammad and his Descendants) to our beloved NOOR Mowlana Shah Karim Al-Hussaini Hazar Imam for mushkil aasan for material and spiritual upliftment.
